Polling booths have open in Victoria for today's state election. [[8am and close at 6pm]] Premier Daniel Andrews is hoping to secure a third term for Labor while the Opposition Leader Matthew Guy says the Coalition would provide better government and give voters a premier who unites rather than divides. More than 1.6 million Victorians have already voted early or by post which amounts to 37 percent of those enrolled.
