How to use phone legally during driving?

Risk of addiction to Mobile phones keeps increasing but using a mobile while driving can endanger lives. Experts advise to hands-off from mobile if you want to save your self and others when on the road. So what are the ways to use the mobile phone safely during driving?

You know, If you are a leaners or P-Platers then you are not allowed to even touch the mobile while driving. But what about using a cradled/fix GPS, listening to music on mobile as we listen on the radio, using hands-free, Bluetooth, pick and drop calls etc. etc. Is it too confusing ...?
