Nói đến cây cối, thì cây có thể làm tắt nghẽn đường nước và đường thoát rác, có thể phá hủy mái nhà hoặc tòa nhà, có thể ảnh hưởng đến lối đi và lối xe vào garage, có thể che mất ánh sáng ở những nơi phơi quần áo chẳng hạn, và cũng có thể cản tầm nhìn.
Trong trường hợp không thể thỏa thuận với nhà hàng xóm, tới mức phải viết thư để gởi hội đồng địa phương nhờ giải quyết, quý vị có thể tham khảo bức thư mẫu sau đây.
Điều cần lưu ý là bức thư của quý vị phải rõ ràng, nêu rõ sự việc và chi tiết của vấn đề. Bức thư còn cần phải có một đoạn trong đó viết bạn muốn điều gì sẽ xảy ra hoặc kết quả bạn muốn đạt được là gì.
