Justin Bieber reportedly stormed out of a deposition relating to a lawsuit brought by a photographer after a lawyer quizzed him about his on/off girlfriend Selena Gomez.
Photographer Jeffrey Binion began legal action against Bieber and his bodyguard, Hugo Hesny, last year. He alleges he was assaulted by Hesny and ordered to delete his images after the 20-year-old singer took offence at being snapped outside a recording studio.
Bieber was due to give his out-of-court testimony in January, but it clashed with his arrest for driving under the influence (DUI) and drag racing in Florida.
Bieber and his legal team finally sat down with Binion's lawyers in Miami on Thursday, and the four-and-half-hour deposition was far from an easy ride for the star.
According to TMZ.com, Bieber walked out the meeting after a lawyer asked whether Gomez had been present during any scuffles with photographers, shouting as he left, "Don't ask me about her, do not ask me about her!"
The singer also reportedly swore at the lawyer and quipped, "What is this, 60 Minutes?... OK, Katie Couric, what's your question again?"
It's the start of a busy month for Bieber. His drink-driving case is heading to court for a status conference next week.
