Dozens of new mobile dental clinics will be rolled out across NSW if the state coalition government is re-elected, offering free checks to primary school children.
Premier Gladys Berejiklian on Wednesday promised $70 million over four years for 35 clinics across western Sydney, Central Coast and the mid north coast.
The roll-out will start from July 1, if the Liberal-Nationals are re-elected on Saturday.
"Dental health is so important to give kids a great start in life, and we want to make it easier for families to get access to vital dental services," Ms Berejiklian said in a statement.
Publicly-funded dental services for children are currently only available at fixed clinics at hospitals or in the community, according to the government.
