New video has emerged of disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein being slapped in the face at an Arizona restaurant.
Weinstein had just finished a meal at Elements restaurant in Paradise Valley, northeast of Phoenix, according to TMZ.com - which published the footage.
The incident happened on Tuesday night local time after a patron named only as Steve asked Weinstein for a photo.
According to Steve, Weinstein - who is reportedly getting rehabilitation treatment in the area - was "belligerent" when he declined the request for a photo.
But the restaurant's manager said Weinstein was "very sweet" to Steve.
Following this exchange, Weinstein and his dining companion were leaving the restaurant about 9pm when they were approached again by Steve who is seen backhand-slapping the producer twice in the face and calling him, "a piece of s***".
Steve, who said he had "quite a bit to drink", told his friend to film the incident, TMZ.com reported.
The disgraced producer did not wish to call the police and left the restaurant.

Weinstein has been accused by multiple women, including actresses Salma Hayek and Ashley Judd, of sexual misconduct.
He has denied the allegations but the claims kickstarted the #MeToo movement when women started sharing their own stories online under the hashtag.
Celebrities speaking out against the powerful Hollywood producer also triggered more people to expose the inappropriate behaviour of other high-profile figures.
This movement sparked Hollywood's most influential women, including Reese Witherspoon and Nicole Kidman, to establish anti-harassment group Time's Up to help women in other industries to get justice.
To raise awareness, many attendees at the Golden Globes on Sunday dressed in black to show their solidarity.
