Belgian police found a bomb and an Islamic State flag during a house search in the Brussels district of Schaebeek, the public broadcaster VRT reports.
Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel said police were carrying out raids after the attacks on Brussels airport and a rush-hour metro train that left at least 30 people dead.
