Prime Minister Scott Morrison has announced a third leaders' debate against opposition leader Bill Shorten, less than two weeks out from the federal election.
The debate will be held during prime time at the National Press Club in Canberra on Wednesday and will be moderated by ABC journalist and National Press Club President Sabra Lane, a Liberal Party statement confirmed.
Speaking to journalists on Monday, Mr Morrison said he was looking forward to the next debate.
"It is another debate. I'm happy to have any debate. The Australian people will make that judgement," Mr Morrison said.
In his own press conference, Mr Shorten said he would participate in the debate on Wednesday but did not specify the details.
"We want Wednesday's debate. Hang on a sec. We wrote to the other people, the Liberals, six days ago," he said.
"There's been some movement in the bush and they've materialised and said, 'OK. If we have to we'll do it.' I won't pull out of a debate."
The Labor leader was victorious in both the first debate, held by Channel 7, and the second, organised by Sky News.
The first debate saw 25 audience members declare that Mr Shorten's performance was most convincing, while just 12 gave the win to Mr Morrison.

Forty-three audience members said they were more likely to vote for Mr Shorten as opposed to 41 who said they favoured Mr Morrison. Sixteen said they remained undecided following the debate.
