A mother of four young children has died after being shot at a home in Geelong, in Victoria, on Wednesday.
Victoria Police said she was found at a Whittington property at 9.20pm with a gunshot wound. She was then taken to hospital where she died as a result of her injuries.
"A man who was present at the residence is currently assisting police with their enquiries," police said in a statement.
"Homicide Squad detectives are on scene and the investigation is ongoing."
Tributes have poured in for Ms Miller who has been remembered on social media as a "beautiful mother".
"To say I love you isn't enough, to say I miss you doesn’t feel real and the immense pain I’m in trying to accept that this is in fact real is unbearable," one social media user wrote.
