A regional Victorian trolley collecting company is facing Fair Work Ombudsman litigation for a third time over failure to pay unfair dismissal compensation.

William Collen Hancock and his company WCH Services, which used to operate in the Latrobe Valley, has failed to pay $962 in compensation to a former employee unfairly sacked in 2016.

The new FWO litigation comes after the Ombudsman started two other legal actions against Mr Hancock and WCH Services to make him pay compensation of $17,392 and $4446 to two other unfairly dismissed workers.
