Price says Coalition should have released policies earlier
Coalition Indigenous Australians spokesperson Jacinta Price has said the Coalition should have released its policies earlier as she reflects on the news of a Labor re-election.
"I think that was important for Australians to understand exactly what it is we were offering," she said from the marginal Northern Territory seat of Lingiari.
Price said the Coalition also should have gone "harder" on cultural issues.
"We could have gone harder also on calling out the prime minister and his lies, because apparently all you have to do is lie to the Australian people," Price told Sky News.
"That's an effective enough campaign to maintain government."
