"Donald Trump will set you free. Bringing the light for all to see. No more tunnels, no more fear. Trump Gaza is finally here."
Trump Gaza – an AI-generated vision for the future of the war-ravaged enclave.
The video, shared by the US President on social media, depicts a glittering coastline resembling Dubai, super-yachts, and a luxury tower reminiscent of his hotel in Las Vegas.
What's more, it shows Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu lying shirtless by a hotel pool, and Trump's billionaire ally Elon Musk dancing and throwing cash in the air.
"A golden future a brand new life. Feast and dance, a deal is done. Trump Gaza number one."
Mr Trump has previously floated the idea of a US takeover of Gaza under which its Palestinian population would be relocated – a proposal met with global condemnation.
As Mr Trump considers the development potential of Gaza, there are fears Israel will replicate the Gaza-demolition model in the West Bank.
Israel says it's preparing for an extended stay in the territory it illegally occupies, with residents of refugee camps being told to leave under demolition orders.
At least 40,000 people are now thought to be displaced – numbers not seen since 1967.
Social worker Amjad Al-Jabali says he's spent the week helping other Palestinians evacuate from Nur Shams refugee camp.
But now, he's clearing out his own home as demolition looms.
"The house is not there any more Abu Ahmad, everything is gone; the people, the youth, God willing, God will compensate us."
Mohammed Abdullah, another Nur Shams resident, has been unable to visit his son's grave since he was displaced two weeks ago.
Ali was 17 years old when he was killed by Israeli forces, during a past incursion in the camp.
As Mr Abdullah returned to clear his possessions from his home – also set for demolition – he visited the grave.
He says he's being forced to leave everything behind.
"The situation is difficult; the conditions are bad. May God help the people. You saw with your own eyes a little while ago when the people came to the camp, how they returned to their homes, trying to gather the remnants, taking whatever they could from their homes to benefit from it. But they can't take everything from the house. Every person has memories in his home, in his neighbourhood, in the streets he has memories that he has lived since childhood."
The demolitions are part of a month-long Israeli military operation targeting the four major refugee camps of the northern West Bank – Tulkarem, Nur Shams, Jenin and Al-Fara’a.
Mr Netanyahu says the latest escalation is in response to explosions on buses close to Tel Aviv last week.
Further south in the West Bank, busloads of Palestinian prisoners have arrived – a week later than agreed.
Israel had delayed their release since Saturday to protest what it calls the cruel treatment of hostages during their handover by Hamas – also condemned by the Red Cross and UN officials.
Among the 642 Palestinians released is Yahya Shrida.
"We have been out taken out of suffering as if we have been dug out from our own graves. No prisoner has had the experience of having their own release delayed twice."
Simultaneously, the bodies of four Israeli hostages have been released by Hamas in private.
It marks the final swap of the fragile ceasefire deal, with further phases still to be negotiated.
In Israel, a funeral procession for three other hostages killed in Gaza has drawn crowds in their thousands.
Shiri Bibas and her sons, who died in captivity in Gaza, have become symbols of the country's hostage ordeal.
Husband of Ms Bibas, and father of Ariel and Kfir, Yarden Bibas, has said in his eulogy that all he has left are memories.
"Shiri, I'm sorry I couldn't protect you all. If only I had known what would happen, I wouldn't have fired. I think about everything we went through together—there are so many beautiful memories. I remember Ariel and Kfir's births. I remember the days we would sit at home or in a cafe, just the two of us, talking for hours about everything. It was wonderful. I miss those times deeply."
Ms Bibas' sister, Dana Silberman-Sitton, with this final send off.
"Please watch over us from above, five angels who are only mine. Buz (Shiri), hug mum and dad for me and take care of them. And please, send us energies to drive all the evil out of the world so that only goodness remains."
