Ambulance Victoria calls 'code red' amid system crash

The state governments of Victoria and New South Wales are reminding residents to reserve triple-0 calls for emergencies. Last night, a technical issue impacting its call service, along with an increase in demand, led to Ambulance Victoria calling a 'code red'.
