Anthony Albanese shares proposed Indigenous Voice referendum question

At the Garma Festival in northeast Arnhem Land, Mr Albanese said a referendum question might ask: 'Do you support an alteration to the constitution that establishes an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice?'
