Australia gives up fight to eradicate bee-killing mite

It’s a tiny parasite - posing a huge threat to Australian agriculture. Despite a $100 million effort, government agencies are giving up trying to eliminate a deadly honeybee parasite. It is a global problem, but Australia needs to develop its own solutions - to suit its unique climate and biodiversity
