Buy-back scheme announced for flood-hit communities in northern NSW

The Federal and New South Wales governments have together announced a long-awaited home buy-back scheme for flood devastated communities in the state's north. The scheme will span seven flood-prone local government areas in the Northern Rivers region, including Lismore, where the Prime Minister and New South Wales Premier made the announcement this morning.
