Childcare price rises to be investigated by consumer watchdog

The consumer watchdog will investigate price rises in the childcare sector, as the cost of living continues to bite families. The government says the probe will work in conjunction with its childcare subsidy policy, which will be introduced into parliament next week and come into effect in July next year.
