China contests claims it injured an Australian Navy diver with a sonar pulse

China has strongly disputed claims the People's Liberation Army acted aggressively. The federal opposition leader has labelled Beijing's response as propaganda. The government says the Chinese destroyer had been warned there were divers in the waters of Japan's economic zone.
