Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has met with Indonesian President Joko Widodo hailing the importance of their bond to ensuring the future prosperity of the region. He says the visit is more than just symbolic, as he seeks to refocus his new government’s footing in the Indo Pacific. Mr Albanese also confirmed he will attend this year’s G20 summit in Indonesia, setting up an encounter with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
