Corporate Australia edging closer to gender diversity in the boardroom

The Australian Institute of Company Directors says the proportion of females on ASX200 boards sits at just over 37 per cent. 40 per cent is considered the best practice gender equality goal. But when it comes to women in leadership positions there is more work to be done.
