Czech Foreign Minister seeks to replenish weapons supplies

At least 15 countries have now committed to a Czech plan to raise more than $2 billion to buy ammunition from outside the European Union for Ukrainian forces. Speaking with SBS World News, Jan Lipavsky said it wasn't the right time to send foreign troops into Ukraine.
