Daniel Andrews says Victoria is considering school bus seatbelts

Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews says the state is considering bus seatbelt mandates after a catastrophic crash in Melbourne left several children badly injured. The bus was carrying 46 students from Exford primary school when it was hit by a truck on Tuesday.
