Dilemma dividing the Pacific

The Australian government has refused to take sides on one of the most divisive issues in the Pacific, with a decision looming. Four island nations plan to mine the ocean for high value metals, while seven countries oppose deep sea mining. The President of Palau has called on the Australian government to show leadership and make its position clear. SBS Reporter Lucy Murray has this special report.
