Diwali festivities begin among Perth diaspora

Diwali celebrations will ramp up this weekend - with the main festivities to commence on Sunday. But culturally significant Hindu celebrations are underway in Perth, where a small cohort of the Indian diaspora, originally from Kenya and the UK, is carrying on the global tradition.
