Grape growers cautiously welcome China's decision to lift tariffs

China is expected to soon drop punishing tariffs that wiped more than $1 billion from the export wine sector. It's welcome news, but won't be enough to save hundreds of grape producers caught in a global wine glut and facing plunging fruit prices.
