How one community is using the Diwali festival to promote a sense of belonging

Later this week, Australia's Indian community will celebrate the Festival of Lights. The five-day Hindu festival, widely known as Diwali, is also observed by other faiths who know it by different names. One community in Perth is using the festival to help foster a sense of belonging, especially for newly arrived migrants.
