Inflation, migration major tests in Federal Budget

Interest rates could start to moderate sooner than expected, if Treasury forecasts are accurate in tomorrow's federal budget. Many budget spending announcements have already been made, though energy bill relief and a clean energy package are among Tuesday's most anticipated revelations.
