There have been arrests, protests and counter-protests in Malmo, as Israel’s contestant took to the stage at the Eurovision Song Contest. Eden Golan was booed by some audience members who are angry over her country’s military campaign in Gaza. Israel’s Prime Minister has praised the singer for taking part.
