Jacinta Allan sworn in as Victoria's new premier

Victoria has its first female premier in 30 years, with Jacinta Allan today replacing Daniel Andrews. The Labor caucus reaching unanimous agreement on the choice, after eleventh hour negotiations avoided the leadership being contested.
