Landmark defence review recommends fundamental overhaul

The military threat posed by China has prompted a dramatic review of the nation's defences. A review recommends a fundamental overhaul of Australia’s approach to deal with the “urgent” risk of conflict. The Albanese Government commissioned the review, and has agreed to many of the recommendations.
