Medibank announces it won't pay ransom to hackers

Medibank has announced it won't be paying a ransom to hackers who stole sensitive data belonging to almost 10 million customers. The embattled health insurer has also provided more insight into the extent of the breach, revealing which customers have had identity documents compromised including passports and visas.
