Melbourne restauranteur gives back during Melbourne’s sixth lockdown

Alan Chong opened his Singaporean-Chinese restaurant Tian38 just months before the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Despite facing a battle to keep his business alive in Melbourne's locked-down CBD, Mr Chong has also been giving out free meals to those in need.
