Melbourne teenager hopes to spark change for F1 female racers

The sport of Formula 1 has been dominated by men over its 75 year history. But there's a Melbourne teenager looking to help change that. 16 year old Joanne Ciconte is one of two Australians who will compete in this season's F1 Academy, a series designed to increase female participation in motorsport.
