The many executive orders issued by US President Donald Trump's have started coming into effect. Within hours of re-taking office, dozens had been signed, including the decision to pardon more than 1500 people involved in the January 6 riots. The decision receiving mixed reaction. SBS Correspondent Catalina Florez has more in Washington.
