Mixed response to Labor's 'modest budget'

Even with tens of billions in extra spending, and now, a tax cut for all, it's inevitable Labor's fourth Budget has left many unsatisfied. As stakeholder groups descend upon Parliament House political correspondent Sara Tomevska brings us the first takes of how the Budget has been received.
