More Industrial Relations Bill amendments to come

Workplace Relations Minister Tony Burke has signalled there could be more concessions to come on the government's industrial relations bill, but is refusing to carve out the most contentious elements. Labor wants to pass the legislation by the end of the year, but it is still yet to secure enough support in the Upper House.
