Morocco quake survivors desperate for help

The United Nations estimates that 300,000 people in total have been affected by the Morocco earthquake. Hampering efforts, rescuers on the ground here have been forced with dig with their bare hands amid a lack of resources. Those who've survived though, are battling different scarcities.
