No link between detention decision and Sovereign Borders Op says ABF

The Australian Border Force says there is 'no link' between the High Court's indefinite detention decision and current Operation Sovereign Borders activity. But it concedes an asylum seeker boat carrying twelve slipped through surveillance last week.
