Parents of seven-year-old Aishwarya Aswath speak out as inquest begins into her death

A coronial inquest into the death of seven-year-old Aishwarya Aswath has begun, over a year since she died of sepsis in Perth Children's Hospital. The inquest comes after an independent review found emergency department staff failed to recognise and treat her condition.
