Parents of young solder who took his life call for change

The Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicide has been told how the isolation of remote postings can turn deadly. The parents of Private Tom Halloran relayed how a broken system missed the opportunity to save their son who had been posted away from family support in Darwin. Northern Territory Correspondent Laetitia Lemke has more.
