PM Albanese in NZ to strengthen ties

Australia and New Zealand are foreshadowing closer defence ties and a focus on First Nations foreign policy in the Pacific, amid regional turbulence and the growing military dominance of China. During joint media events in Wellington, Anthony Albanese revealed there has already been a huge demand from New Zealanders seeking Australian citizenship.
