PM: Federal income support payments available soon

Federal income support payments will be available from 2 o'clock Tuesday for people in 31 local council areas impacted by ex-tropical cyclone Alfred. Anthony Albanese also called on insurance companies to pay up as he toured the disaster zone in northern New South Wales.
