Power bills to rise by as much as 25 per cent

As winter approaches, electricity bills are likely to be hiked by up to $600 for hundreds of thousands of households and businesses. The nation's energy regulator has confirmed the increase in the price cap, delivering a line of attack for the Coalition in Question Time.
