Property profits surge to highest levels in over a decade

While high interest rates are still creating challenges for some homeowners, sellers are benefiting from a cash windfall. According to Domain, property profits are at their highest level in more than a decade with a median return of $395,000 across Australia's capitals as prices remain at or around all-time highs.
