PropTrack releases latest rental data showing capital city rents have hit another high

Supply and demand challenges continue to impact the rental market, with tenants nationally being forced to pay an extra two percent on advertised rents, as a result over the June quarter. PropTrack says those in capital cities are paying more with the median price over the year up 17 percent.
