Protesters clash with police during an anti-war rally in Melbourne

Dozens have been arrested after violent clashes between police and protesters outside a Melbourne weapons exhibition. Authorities have defended the use of rubber bullets, tear gas and capsicum spray to control the crowd with 24 police injured in exchanges with demonstrators.
