Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk has moved quickly to work on cabinet transparency overhauls in the wake of a scathing report detailing a toxic culture in the state's public sector. The Premier faced a grilling today as she addressed the report for the first time, just 48 hours after it was released.
