Report finds Australia's environment is in 'shocking' decline

Sobering and confronting; that's how a long-awaited report into the state of Australia's environment has been described. In response, Environment Minister Tanya Plibersek has announced a new target to protect 30- percent of Australia's land and oceans by 2030.
