Report reveals scale of child sex abuse in Tasmanian institutions

A Commission of Inquiry ran for more than two years and heard horrifying stories of abuse in healthcare settings, schools, youth detention and out-of-home care. The release of its report, described as a watershed moment, with the Tasmanian Government re-committing to the implementation of all its recommendations.
