Road map to tackle Australia's multibillion-dollar gambling habit

Australian adults lost on average $1,635 to gambling in 2022 - half of which was lost on poker machines. Advocates say the damning statistics strengthen the case for tougher measures to reduce gambling harm, including a blanket ban on advertising.
